The Stigma

“Being out” can come with both freedom and fear. Although you see acceptance, you see just as much hate and homophobia in our society – and it’s holding you back from being who you are.

You’re experiencing ingrained guilt and shame for embracing your sexuality and loving and having sex with whoever you want.

Your sexuality is a part of you – so when you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, or even depression surrounding this part of your identity, you want help from someone who can remove the stigma.

You don’t even want to have to explain yourself; you simply want to be yourself, upfront, without question.

Finding Acceptance

Having connections to others without hiding your sexuality is key to a healthy life with lovers, friends, and family.

Whether you already know who you’re attracted to, are questioning it, or aren’t happy with the way you feel toward others, it’s still possible to find the path to self-acceptance.

Levels beneath the surface may hold you back.

Working together, we’ll create a space where you can peel back those layers and learn more about who you are and what you want.

Learn to Love Who You Are

In your sessions, we won’t treat you differently from any other client. We will focus on unique and specific things to your needs, but I will still challenge your thought processes while being empathetic to what you’re experiencing.

You will be met wherever you are. And when you don’t feel you love yourself – and maybe aren’t even sure what loving yourself means – we are here to guide you on your journey to self-love.

When you love who you are, you become happier. It’s a proven fact. Not only do you become happier, but you judge others less and build more meaningful connections with others.

We are here to help you on the path to happiness!

Whatever’s on Your Mind

We are here to make sure you have a safe space to talk about whatever’s on your mind.

Wherever you are in your journey, we can help. Perhaps you’re experiencing issues with coming out, surrounded by generational homophobic messages, or you’ve suffered trauma involving your sexuality.

You may have experienced shame or confidence issues, or you’re not sure about your sexual orientation (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, or asexual). You may question your biological sex or gender identity, and you have questions.

Maybe you’re going through a period of sexual development and exploration, making discoveries about yourself, and now want to know more about gender or sexual fluidity. I am here to guide you to find answers to the questions you may have about yourself.

Working together, we can take you from where you are – to where you truly want to be.
